Together, we co-create a safe, grounded, and intentional container to journey inward — healing from the inside out.

This is a carefully guided, immersive experience designed to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, energetic clearing, and embodied integration. 

Through biodynamic breathwork and shamanic sound healing, you are invited to soften, open, and return to your natural state of balance, clarity, and inner peace.

✨ The Journey

Opening Circle
We begin by opening the space together, setting intentions, and grounding into the body and the present moment. 

A guided meditation and heart-centred journey will support you to drop out of the mind and into the body, attuning to your inner world and preparing you for the breathwork journey.

Biodynamic Breathwork Journey
From here, we move into a guided biodynamic breathwork session. Through conscious, connected breathing, sound, movement, and somatic awareness, you are supported to move beyond the thinking mind and into the subconscious and physical body — where stress, trauma, and suppressed emotions are stored.

This process allows layers of tension, stuck energy, and emotional holding patterns to gently unravel, creating space for insight, release, and nervous system regulation. Each journey is unique, guided by your body’s innate intelligence and capacity for healing.

Shamanic Sound Healing & Integration
Following the breathwork, you’ll be guided into a deep sound healing journey. You are invited to lie back and receive as healing vibrations and frequencies move through your body and energy field.

We work with alchemy crystal singing bowls to support deep integration, energetic clearing, and nervous system settling. This phase supports the body in absorbing the shifts created through breathwork and allows insights, wisdom, and healing to land gently.

Sacred Silence & Closing Circle
We conclude with a period of sacred silence, allowing space for integration, rest, and anchoring in your new energetic state. A closing share circle is offered (always optional), creating an opportunity to be witnessed, connect in community, and complete the journey together.

What is Biodynamic Breathwork?

Biodynamic breathwork is a trauma-informed, somatic practice that combines conscious connected breathing, sound, movement, meditation, and body awareness.

This approach supports the release of stress and trauma from the physical body by gently bringing suppressed emotions and stored energy into awareness — so they can be fully felt, expressed, and released. As these blocks dissolve, life force energy flows more freely, supporting long-term regulation, emotional resilience, and embodied integration.
